Where can I find official download information?
Contact our team for current availability and official store information. This website does not currently link to an app-store listing.
What should I include in a bug report?
Tell us your device model, operating system, game version, and the steps that led to the issue. You can attach a screenshot in your email app. Please remove any personal information from it first.
Has my message been sent when I create a draft?
No. The helper only prepares the email in your browser. Choose “Open email app,” review your message, and send it there. Without an email app, use “Copy draft” and paste it into your webmail.
How do I make a privacy request?
Select “Privacy request” in the form or email us directly. Describe your request without including passwords or identity documents. See the Your choices and requests section for details.
